Milk Frothing Control – Stick-On Milk Thermometer
Take the guesswork out of milk steaming with the Espresso Gear Milk Frothing Control thermometer – a fast, simple stick-on thermometer that helps you reach the right milk temperature every time.
Simply apply it near the base of your milk pitcher and the liquid crystal temperature sensors react as the pitcher heats up, giving you a quick and easy visual temperature reading while you steam.
Unlike traditional probe thermometers, which can take several seconds to catch up with the actual temperature of the milk, the liquid crystals react as soon as a specific temperature is reached. That means no waiting for a needle and less chance of overheating your milk.
Once applied, the thermometer stays conveniently in place on your milk pitcher – no clips, probes or digging around in drawers when the coffee orders start coming in. It's durable enough for professional use and can remain on the pitcher when washed in the dishwasher.
