Grinder Forte BG - Baratza

Designed as a commercial solution this is a perfect grinder for coffee shop / bar grinder. 

A rock solid, near-bulletproof grinder that will help you grind your coffee for pour over brewing. The Forte BG (Brew Grinder) has stainless steel housing and grinder settings across 260 steps.

This is EU version and it has 220 - 240 Volts

Its multifunction touchscreen, sturdy grind size adjustments and high daily capacity make the Forte BG the premier choice for a brew bar.

The  Forte AP and the Forte BG are pretty similar in many respects, AP stands for All Purpose and BG for Brew Grinder. They are the same weight and size but the BG isn't for you if you're an espresso drinker, it won't handle such fine grinding.

AP has flat ceramic burrs, BG has flat stainless steel burrs.

With the AP version you can grind by time, weight or manually whereas the BG model allows for either manual or grinding by weight.

Both versions have the same touch screen which is easy to navigate.

This is NOT the grinder for you if you want to grind fine for espresso.

Easy to remove burrs for cleaning, we recommend using Cafetto grinder cleaner to remove oil residue to ensure your coffee taste is not tainted.
