For the Nordic Coffee Fest we asked some of our partners in crime coffee to send their favourite brewing recipes. For those who came to the fair the free printed brochure was available but worry not for those not in the NCF hood, we'll share all the recipes once a week here and on our Instagram @espressogear
This recipe comes from Lapland, north of Sweden and home to Budhas Kafferosteri. Budha himself wrote this recipe for us, which makes everything extra special. To know more about Budha's coffee rostery visit www.budhaskafferosteri.se.

Grind 20g of medium coarse coffee and heat water to 94°C. Rinse the filter which will also heat the glas brewer.
When ready,
1. Pour 55g of water slowly until 55 seconds has passed
2. Pour 45g of water until 1:25 min
3. Then pour another 100g water until 2:00 min
4. Pour the last 65g waterAim for a total brewing time of 2:55 - 3:25 min, and a total of 320g of water.
